Soft Plastics collections

Our soft plastics and styrofoam collections have been deferred until Winter weather allows for our hearty volunteers to be out to meet you to collect what you have saved.
In the meantime, we encourage you regularly bringing the soft plastics to the recycling receptacles at our local stores (i.e., Hannaford, Walmart, Shaws, Kohls, Market Basket) doing your part by keeping them out of the trash.
Styrofoam can be deposited in the bins at Gilford DPW Office at 55 Cherry Valley Road.

We are collecting donations for the homeless at the same time that we hold our soft plastics drive. Poptop style canned goods allow easily opened nutritious food to be available to those in need. We thank you for any contributions you make.
