Meditation Group

Due to COVID, if you are coming to Meditation for the first time, then please contact the church administrator to verify if the group is meeting in person. The church phone number is 603-524-6488.

The meditation session is always available through zoom, and meets in person at the church on the 1st and 3rd weeks of each month.

The UU Meditation Group at UUSL meets every Monday evening, beginning at 5:30 PM. For those who are fully vaccinated, the group meets with Rev. Judith downstairs at the congregation. If you are unable to attend in person or you are not fully vaccinated or not feeling well, and you wish to attend, you can access this meeting by contacting Neal at nealj20@hotmail.com. The sessions will focus on walking meditation and sitting meditation. We hope you will join us!
