RamaLisa Brings Intimate Original Chamber Music to
the Unitarian Universalist Church on October 4
Following their appearance on the Cold River Radio Show, RamaLisa invites audiences
into an intimate evening of original music, storytelling, and unexpected beauty.
Laconia, NH — October 4, 2026 — Following their upcoming appearance on the acclaimed
Cold River Radio Show, the innovative duo RamaLisa will bring their unique blend of original
chamber music to the Unitarian Universalist Church on Sunday, October 4 at 4:00pm
Featuring violinist Shelby Trevor and hurdy-gurdy artist Noelle Beaudin, RamaLisa creates
music that lives comfortably between worlds—drawing on classical chamber music, folk
traditions, mythology, nature, and even the occasional touch of metal and humor.
For this special concert, audiences will experience RamaLisa in an intimate setting, with a
program devoted to their original compositions and arrangements. The concert offers a chance to
hear the duo's richly layered sound up close: the singing strings of Trevor's violin alongside
Beaudin's distinctive hurdy-gurdy, an ancient instrument reimagined as a contemporary voice.
“We love playing in intimate spaces where people can really hear the details in the music,” says
RamaLisa. “This concert is an opportunity to share the music we have created together in a
setting that feels personal and immediate.”
The performance comes at an exciting moment for the duo. After their appearance on the Cold
River Radio Show and recent album release, audiences will have the opportunity to experience
RamaLisa's music live and in its full, intimate form.
RamaLisa's repertoire explores the space between ancient and modern, delicate and fierce,
familiar and strange. Their performances combine the precision and musicality of chamber music
with the storytelling spirit of traditional folk music—creating something that is unmistakably
their own.
